Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free trial
Eligible monthly plans include a 5-day free trial. The price and date of the first payment are shown at checkout. Cancel through the billing portal before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Monthly cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel online through the billing portal without contacting support. Unless a statutory cancellation right or refund applies, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and no further renewal is taken.
Cooling-off and statutory rights
UK consumers may have statutory cancellation rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period in applicable circumstances. If you ask us to begin supplying the service immediately, the amount refundable may be reduced to reflect service already supplied where the law permits. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law. US customers may also have additional cancellation or refund rights under applicable federal or state law.
Billing errors and service problems
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, could not cancel, or experienced a material technical failure, email hollie@holliesbedtimestories.com. Please contact us promptly, ideally within 14 days of the charge, so we can investigate. This request window does not reduce any longer statutory right. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
