Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hollie's Bedtime Stories, a subscription website that provides AI-assisted personalized bedtime stories for children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for reviewing stories before sharing them with a child and for deciding whether the content is suitable for your family.

Paid plans renew monthly after the free trial unless cancelled. Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal.

Stories are generated with artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors. We use prompts and safety checks designed for calm, age-appropriate bedtime content, but the service is not a substitute for parental judgment.

You may not use the service to create harmful, adult, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or threaten the safety of other users.
